You can make an appointment by clicking the booking link titled “Schedule my Appointment” on the top right corner of the web page to see our availability and reserve an appointment time!

There will be a link to join your virtual appointment through our secure telehealth system sent to the email address that you provide at the time of booking.

We kindly ask you to be on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge the cancellation fee.

Please note that if you no show or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding.

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Refund requests on pre-paid packages will result in the form of a credit.
